Presentation and discussion with representatives from One Trent, developer of new mixed-use building at 12th Avenue and Yesler which building is described as “a canvas for locar art” including a diverse collection of sculptures, murals, paintings, and quilts “celebrating the multicultural heritage of Seattle’s Central District.”  
The project has fully embraced the Central Area Design Guidelines calling for locally meaningful art and at the meeting we will recognize their efforts and learn more of their selection process.

Presentation and discussion with leaders of the EcoDistrict.  Formerly known as the Capitol Hill EcoDistrict, the project now is part of the Urban League of Seattle.  Donna Moodie and Brooke Sanders will discuss what’s in the plans for the relaunched organization.
