The developer and architect will present for comment and discussion their current proposal for the seven-story, 170-unit, Photographic Center Northwest building planned for E. Marion St. between 13th and 12th Avenues.
This is a chance to preview the presentation to be made more formally on March 30 by the developer, Vibrant Cities, to the City of Seattle Central Area Design Review Board.
