The May 31 meeting of The Central Area Land Use Review Committee will consider developers’ proposal for a seven-story mixed-use building with about 171 apartments on a site on E. Marion from 12th Avenue to 13th Avenue. The eastern half of the site (but not the rest of the block) was recently rezoned from a residential zone (LR3) to a Neighborhood Commercial zone with a 75 foot height limit. All are invited to attend the virtual meeting to hear from the developer and design team. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
